2. Cost Collection:
Engineers examine BOM.
Purchasers collect costs from reliable suppliers.
Suggest equivalent parts to save costs, confirmed with the client.
3. Quotation and Agreement:
Provide a formal quotation.
Discuss terms and conditions.
Issue Proforma Invoice upon agreement.
In Processing:
1.Production Preparation:
Confirm EQ and perform DFM analysis.
Conduct NPI meetings to check for production file errors.
Start production and keep clients updated on the progress.
2.Quality Control and Testing:
Ensure all production steps and testing are confirmed with the client.
Record and address any defects.
Delivery & After-Sales:
1. Shipping:
Conduct final quality checks.
Arrange shipment and provide tracking information.
2. After-Sales Service:
Offer quick solutions and immediate actions for any issues.
Provide repair or refund if necessary.
